Contactless Pickup Service Starting!

Turner Free Library patrons can begin placing holds on items starting May 26th - pick up windows will open starting May 28th! All procedures have been carefully evaluated and the library has worked with the Randolph Public Health Department to ensure the safety of staff and residents. Patrons must wait in their car in the parking lot (or along the sidewalk at a distance) until a space at the walk-up counter opens up. Patrons must wear a face covering and follow all instructions & posted signage indicating physical distancing.

Picking Up Holds

  1. Place a Randolph item on hold by calling 781-961-0932 or online through your OCLN account at catalog.ocln.org.

  2. When the item is available, library staff will call you to schedule a pick-up time. We can't wait to see you!

  3. Arrive during your pick-up window and park behind the library. Call the library to let them know you are here and wait at the back door, following signs for physical distancing

  4. Show your library card or picture ID to retrieve your bagged materials. Return any items you have in the book drop.

Returned items are being quarantined so we cannot accept them at the pick up windows. However the book drop is open 24/7!

Emergency Printing

  1. Go the library's front entrance, following signs for physical distancing, and call 781-961-0932 so that staff can give you additional instructions.

  2. Send your document to the printer (10 pages maximum) from your device. You will receive an eprint notification in your email once your document prints.

  3. Library staff will retrieve your printed documents and bring them to the library's front entrance.

  4. Collect your printed document!

We ask that you limit your printing to emergencies only at this time.

Thank you for your patience as we slowly and safely re-open Randolph collections to our wonderful community!
